antithesis of a blogging challenge

Lots of people give themselves a blogging challenge. To post once a day, once a week, etc.

I am giving myself the opposite of one of those challenges. I will make a concerted effort, to not blog for a week. Nothing, zilch, nada...Not even load my blog page.

I doubt it will be difficult (as I sometimes go that long without posting anyway), but actually thinking about not posting is different than just not doing it.

Neotuli is always espousing his view that blogs are evil, and a waste of time. I agree with a some of what he says. He is likely correct, for the general case. I feel I have this site more for myself, as a nerdy outlet, than for any sought notoriety.

Consider this personal challenge an attempt to analyze my own motivations for having a blog.
