I was playing around with vnc2swf today, and using gnome remote desktop for the capture (read only).

The new version, pyvnc2swf, is pretty sweet. It allows you to integrate audio into your captures too.

I was fiddling around with taking a few captures of me installing ArchLinux onto vmware.
